We grew this broccolini type for the first time last year, and it was so well received at market that we sold out every single time we brought it. We thought it was only fair to offer plants to our customers this year. Large plants produce a small main head, but loads of side shoots that should be picked every other day for maximum harvest. The long stalks, small, loose heads and leaves are all edible - and are sweet, tender, and delicious. Excels raw, roasted or briefly sautéed. Like broccoli - but better! about 56 days from transplant.
